Great customer service (knowledgeable customer service representative) but a very long waiting time to talk to somebody on the phone (20+ minutes) which is still about the most effective method to quickly resolve a problem without having to bury myself in a lake of technical explanations on a texted link.

We stayed on the phone 2 hours and he pushed and pushed to get me a ticket created. FINALLY, they created a ticket to get my issue resolved. Getting through to a real person was wonderful! NAthan solved my issue in less than 10 minutes (more like 5 once I explained the issue). Before that the online struggles and AI bot took me 2 hours with no success - the only reason I tried those options as long as I did was because the first time I called I was told the wait would be 54 minutes!
