I dislike how Namecheap's agents I spoke with recently did not disclose to me that un "parking" a fully paid-for website would cost me almost $200!!

The customer service people were amazing at helping me resolve my issue! They listened carefully to my concern and made sure they understood everything correctly. I had to transfer to two different people because of my several concerns, but I had received the help from the first person. Then, as I was dealing with the second person, she listened and made sure she understood the concerns carefully. As she listed the steps I should follow, because they sometimes took a while, she was super patient, and then she was super helpful in making sure everything was good. I am so grateful for the help I was given.

I've had Namecheap for 5 yrs easy site to build. Earlier I talked to a rep and he had an attitude So I asked yo speak with someone else he told me no and to call back then he deleted my site which I didn't tell him to do cause they just took my payment today. Everything was gone I called back and Brian was my new rep. He was kind and patient and listen to my questions ans complaint. He restored my site with no additional cost so I was pleased with him but the other guy needs to be fired. He said his name was Josh then laughed. I knew it wasn't his name.

When I called Namecheap today, I needed to have a few different things taken care of. My representative, Andrew, was able to help me with everything. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Namecheap making things so easy for me! Excellent customer service! Thanks!

I have used Namecheap as my email for many years now. I have never had a problem with my accounts. The very few times I ever had any questions; they were answered quickly and professionally.

I was put through to an agent immediately. After explaining my issue/challenge, my agent listened to me, was quick to understand, read the notes from my previous calls on this same challenge, problem solve and recognize the urgency of my situation. While on hold, Gabriel came back to me regularly to give me updates. He also let me know that if for some reason we were disconnected, he would call me right back! That was very comforting to hear. Gabriel is very professional and polite, he used my name often and he let me know that he understood the urgency of my situation. I feel that Namecheap must be treating their employees right, and training them on how to keep the customer happy, as Gabriel proved all those points to me tonight! So thank you Namecheap!
