Easily available Customer Service, great resolve re my issue and have utilized Go Daddy for my Domain several years

My service rep solved my frustrating problem in one, easy call - he did it with humour; was clear, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also would subscribe to any Namecheap service just for the music on hold - we went from 50's cocktail hour, to ragtime, to jazz.

It was so fortunate my call was answered by Stephanie C it was the most outstanding customer service representative. Go Daddy‘s website to renew online had gotten too complicated and I was so fortunate that Stephanie was not only able to take payment for two domains that were up for renewal, but she saw that I had two accounts and she was able to merge them. I had never been able to do that before. She was so patient so understanding she just made everything so easy. She’s truly one of the nicest and one of the best if not the best support at Go Daddy . My call was dropped because my cell phone ran out of juice. I ran to charge it and as soon as it was charging, she called me back. She went above and beyond she’s truly remarkable.
