I decided to call the phone number on there website, and Giovanni picked up the phone listened, provided solution, and walked me through what he did. Note that the reviews are all 5-star or 1-star, or paid or unpaid depending on how you look at it. Check out the Better Business Bureau rating. This used to be a great company with excellent support. It now has degraded to the point where I can't even download the Microsoft products I've paid for, nor get a refund. Hours on the phone with tech support who end up defaulting to "the problem is with your computer vendor" (HP, Lenovo, Acer, AND Dell?). Then sales refused a refund because it had been longer than 7 days since the initial purchase, though obviously none of the products had been successfully downloaded.Response to their answer: They never tried to make contact so the review stands as-is.

Live support. I'm sick of this do it yourself world with technology being abused and replacing the physical world and insulting our intelligence with stupid chats and emails and text crap with limitations and controlling only programed to understandings. Keep the live support and support the physical world.
