I’ve had a solid experience using Namecheap for domain registration and website hosting. The platform is easy to navigate, and purchasing domains or services is straightforward, even for beginners. I appreciate the wide range of tools they offer, including DNS management, email hosting, and website builders.Their uptime and reliability have been great, and I’ve rarely had any technical issues. The customer support team is also helpful and generally quick to respond when needed.The reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because some of the upselling and add-on features can feel a bit too aggressive, and pricing for renewals is higher than initial offers. But overall, Namecheap is a dependable platform that does what it promises.Would definitely recommend it for anyone starting a website or looking for a solid domain provider.

I tried to remove a domain and discontinue my subscription, but the button wasn't working, which lead to me having to wait a week. What an incredibly cheap trick. In addition, their chat button didn't work.Would definitely not recommend.

Staff were very friendly and cleared up lots of questions, explaining lots of options and the pros n cons for each option glad i called to discuss the options.

These guys have provided a terrible experience. They did their own thing (I provided all the content which they then rewrote - badly), didn't listen to or implement feedback, and don't fix issues. Don't waste your money here. It's been months and now I have no contact. Getting through to the right person takes an age and it's still NOT FIXED - and I bought a premium product.

Hannah, was very patient, professional and understanding. The issue was at my end, but she did everything I needed to get to that point. Hannah is a credit to Go-Daddy organization and I cant say enough about the positive experience.

I purchased more storage for my emails, still not receiving emails. Only had 4 this morning. Will be calling you again today. Not happy.

We paid them 2600.00 dollars, up until they took our money they were great, now they do nothing and our business site is still not up and running, its been a month. You get stuck on hold for over two hours, no business can do that, no one cares. We have tried for two days to get someone to help us and they have nothing to offer but excuses or to pass the buck to tell US that we have to now learn how to do web site "fixing" or coding to fix our web site. DO NOT USE THEM, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Ok so you replied, you said you were sorry and said all the right things but does anyone but me notice you gave NO way to contact you directly, you just threw up more BS with no fix to the problem.

I was having trouble with my new email. Harry was super patient getting my problem solved. I have been a Namecheap customer for over 9 years and always have a great experience when I need help with any of my Namecheap products.

Although I had to wait on hold for over 40 minutes before getting to Steven, he got right on each issue, was very knowledgeable and corrected my problems all within 15 or so minutes!!

Customer service is always top notch at this company. They absolutely excel in what they do! Highly recommend Namecheap for all your website needs.
