The tech rep fixed something I did wrong. I set up the email incorrectly, and made a call - and the tech rep immediately diagnosed the issue. He even suggested that for $2 a month, I get a backup for the employee email. So easy, and so profesisonal.

I needed to clarify the products I am using Namecheap for. The rep was helpful to get my account updated and renew my domains and billing info. I have been using them for years and see no reason to go elsewhere. Always a good experience with support people!

Over a week past a critical product launch deadline they promised to make, they are still pushing out production into an additional week. Website design was very basic and comments would have taken a tech 15 mins to address.... Even when I turnaround review and comment within the day, the comments just sit there for days and don't get incorporated or addressed until a phone call happens. So now I'm canceling my project and have to design my own website----something I could have done two weeks ago and made my own deadline.I know there will probably be the perfunctory response to this review - probably AI generated. Experience so far is it does not represent any kind of commitment to basic customer service

I'm completely disgusted with the ridiculous practices of Go Daddy LLC They're scammers and should be shut down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using them at all. Every year the price goes up and they use auto-renew without consent. The services are useless and they are not helpful at all with the process.

I have previously had some bad experiences at the hands of the sales team at Namecheap which has made me quite sceptical towards them, but the support team have been excellent whenever I have requested help, today Manisha has talked me through step by step and been very patient with me until I managed to get my emails working again and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and expertise and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Go Daddy because of this.
