Tina-6708 Didn’t give up on my website situation. She stayed in the phone with me for over an hour and when the phone disconnected, she called back to make sure all my needs were taken care of my website created in memory of our son whom we lost to cancer! She didn’t treat me as just another customer she treated me as someone she cared about! I’m so pleased! Tina is an asset to your company! God Bless you and Your Family Tina!

This is an update. Ah, three years—a mere blip in the cosmos, yet enough time for a company to morph from mediocre to outright insufferable. My latest review chronicles the abhorrent descent into service purgatory. The fallout? Bad enough that I had to jump ship to another provider. And now, their response. A masterclass in automated apathy—what else could a form letter be but a soulless promise to “use my feedback to improve”? Curious, isn’t it, how improvement doesn’t seem to include addressing the elephant in the room: refunds for my multiple Microsoft 365 accounts. You know, Namecheap, the accounts your incompetence marooned? Speaking of Namecheap, you know exactly who I am; my parked domains say as much. Yet here I sit—no outreach, no resolution. Silence louder than a jet engine. My experience, clearly outlined, remains undisputed because, let’s face it, the truth stings. Three years, three insufferable years—that’s the camel’s straw, crushed and irreparable. You’ve gotten too big for your boots, and here’s the reality check you didn’t ask for but sorely need.Let me educate you. Starting a business demands tenacity, sweat equity, and yes—a decent product paired with a respectful nod to customer service. Build your reputation client by client, day by day. Your business grows organically, a beautiful thing, until it’s poisoned by arrogance. You expand, ballooned by success, and then—you forget. Forget the very basics that got you there. Too big to care, too bloated to act. And so begins the inverse: customers lost one by one, like sand slipping through a clenched fist. Bankruptcy is not a bolt of lightning; it’s a slow drip, a mathematical undoing, one disgruntled client at a time. This trajectory is your future unless you figure it out. Don’t insult us by pretending to care when you clearly don’t. Don’t make hollow promises online, thinking no one will call you out—because we will. Oh, the review platforms—God bless them. Trustpilot and the like, tirelessly keeping companies like yours in check when Google lets you skirt accountability by disabling reviews. Convenient, isn’t it? But rest assured, your fortress of evasion is crumbling brick by brick, review by review.

I'm new to the e-commerce world, so it's great that if I have a problem, I can call and talk to someone who can help me, even if it takes a few minutes to get it right. It makes me feel that Namecheap is here for the customer.

John was excellent. Very helpful about security and answering questions in a way I was able to understand. I'm a content provider, not a web designer, so his ability to explain in laymen's terms was a huge help.
