I have spoken to them on 5 separate occasions over the past 3 weeks about the setup of my DKIM and DMARC - and every time they have told me it is set up correctly and that I need to wait 48 hours before the records are updated. I then check and guess what - they aren't. They seem more interested in trying to upsell on every interaction than fixing the problems. I tried to raise this concern on one of my interactions and asked what the escalation/complaints process is - and I was told there isnt one. Thats helpful.
