We had our kitchen floor and backsplash/counter regrouted as well as a full bathroom shower stall regrout. The work was meticulous and the men were professional and so accommodating. They also installed bars in the shower stall, changed the fan fixture and removed a granite seat that was incorrectly installed during a bathroom makeover a few years ago. On top of that, they recommended a great shower glass person who came promptly and measured and will be installing new shower doors. I could not be happier. I will be having them come to clean my outdoor pavers as well.

In January I renewed my email account with them. I accidentally pressed enter twice which resulted in a double payment. I didn't realize it until I got my bank statement 2 weeks later. I have called 4 times and text them once since then and was finally told since I didn't call within the 7 days cancel period, they would not refund my money. They credited my account for another year. It was a business email, and I no longer have that company, so I don't need that email anymore. I spoke with 5 different employees, and they were all incompetent!

Namecheap's support team has great customer service when it comes to technical issues. My agent, Anthony, really listened to me when I explained what was going wrong. The cost of their additional support is also not unreasonable. Turnaround is fast.

Go Daddy has the best customer service. I appreciate being able to speak with a real human who can handle my concerns quickly and professionally. I have purchased domains from other companies in the past and will never do so again. It is hard to find a company you can trust but I have used Go Daddy for over 10 years and I have never had a problem.
