Flexible with my needs and excellent customer servicenice AVI

Namecheap ( Slowdaddy ) is the worst web company you could possibly use. They take your money and then waste time while you are left explaining to your clients that a $1000+ domain name purchase is in limbo for no reason...Customer service never knows what's going on & can't help a mouse find cheese let alone track down an issue in a simple domain name transfer...

Signed up for one service (backorders) which was discontinued. They then signed me up for a different service (auctions) which I have no use for. Charged me, and then refused to refund. Scammers.

Website is not very user friendly and they charged me twice saying I have 2 accounts. I have only published one and use one. I didn’t realize I even had two until I noticed the second charge of $400. I have called a few times now and they say my refund is still pending approval. It has been almost 2 months now!I will NOT be using Namecheap in the future!

Namecheap is a good brand. Responds quickly when you chat with them online to resolve problems you may have. I am satisfied with their prompt service.

I am very new to website building and management, and Go Daddy has been able to help me every step of the way. Wether I need support with set up, or resources to learn how to do it myself, they have been very helpful and efficient in every aspect of this process. Regardless of your experience or level of knowledge in regards to website building, they can help you however you need. I purchased a domain and website, alongside WordPress to manage and build the site. I was able to lock in a 10 year plan for a fairly reasonable price, and was given all the tools necessary to build a very successful and powerful website to sell my artwork. Knowing that I officially own my site, opposed to just having it leased to me is also huge. There is more control and customization with the higher price point, and as an artist, creative freedom was a dealbreaker. Go Daddy made that possible for what I believe to be a very fair number. If you're willing to put in a bit of elbow grease, or spend a reasonable amount of money, Go Daddy is hands down the way to go.

The company has now started revoking DNS API access for customers with fewer than 10 domains, meaning your DDNS scripts or auto-renewal certificate scripts won’t work. 10 domains? Ridiculous. Looks like they’re really desperate for money now. Time to migrate away from Namecheap.

My hold time was minimal (less than 2 minutes)to reach a representative. They were very patient, knowledeable, and friendly. they gave excellent user friednly directions and was able to resole all 3 issues in under 15 minutes. I was very impressed.

I had many great experiences with Namecheap, they were quick, easy to understand and inexpensive. Thank you so much Namecheap.
