They fail to answer specific, reasonable questions.As another inconvenience, between February and now, Go(Nowhere)Daddy stopped sending chat transcripts to customers.Hello JM at NamecheapYou're welcome. Please review the logs from my chats with your Namecheap customer service representatives to "better understand your experience". I've been a long time customer of Namecheap & long time business owner. In the early days they were exceptional (fast support when needed). Then they became bigger and support quality became an issue. Here in 2025 another technical issue came up and the support was great. That's what you want from a domain registrar. Easy to use product, fair pricing, and excellent support.

Customer Service is always available and I have never had an issue that did not get resolved on my first call. I have been a loyal customer for decades and they keep getting better and better!

Worst service I have ever used. I can't even get a response from the "Live Chat", its about 10 minutes between responses and after the first 30 minutes (with 3 whole responses) I got handed off to another representative and were continuing the 10 minute response time to simple phrases like, cancel my account and refund the card. Still haven't gotten the issue resolved after 2 hours.

worst company, worst customer support, they will steal your domains, your account, they will not respect the agreement, they will ignore all facts proves your ownership, they will prevent you from accessing your account after reaching a high amount of domains, DO NOT WORK WITH Namecheap if you care for your business, specially if you from middle east.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hosting provider. Namecheap gave no warning at all — my sites just suddenly went offline. Turns out there was a server issue, and it’s been days with still no resolution.I couldn’t even move to another hosting provider because their own backup system was also broken. The very thing they advertise as a “feature” wasn’t usable when I needed it most.I asked them to move my sites to a working server — no shot. All I got was: “We’ve created a ticket.” That’s it. No estimated time, no communication, not even a single email to keep me informed through this entire mess.This is a giant company, and they can’t even deliver the basic hosting service I paid for. No apology, no compensation, just radio silence. Completely unacceptable.

Buyer be ware...DealsTok is a scam, and PayPal will not protect your purchase through the resolution center because DealsTok uses the scam shipment tracking service Track718 which is a sophisticated scam shipment tracking service that generates tracking information and sends an email stating the shipment was delivered. PayPal uses the scam information from the fictitious tracking information/package delivered email as evidence to deny the resolution case. I went through the process twice (two shipments, two false tracking information from Track718). Product was never delivered and PayPal bought the scam.
