I added a domain to my account. The most current domain was purchased with an email account as well as a website. Upon adding the new product I played with the web design initially but never did anything with it due to the lack of options. I called to cancel and see if I could get the credit applied to my account as was told it falls outside the cancelation window. I'd like someone to follow up and see about crediting my account for the remaining term of both the email and website. I only need the URL for jgcustomupholstery.com. I've been a customer since 2011 and feel like there should be acceptations made for customers who have been loyal to the Go Daddy brand for over a decade.

I received excellent hosting customer service from Brigitte today. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was unbelievably patient and willing to try everything possible to help resolve the issue I was facing. Thank you for being understanding and patient with me.

I rarely respond to these surveys but when I tell you Go-Daddy has stellar customer service I mean it! Friendliness is one thing, but going out of your way to understand my very real challenges and solving them, even if it may cost you a subscription is definitively customecentric! I hope other software companies are taking note!

They were willing to work with me on a couple of issues. And I’m not super knowledgeable when I comes to websites and social media and they were willing to talk me through til I understood.
