I am adding a star for the customer service department, for which it took over 30 minutes to obtain the number. But they were helpful with refunding a charge on a service I had cancelled.Now the bad: 4 years into the service my domain stopped working. The only work around was a new domain name, that at least would show up when you typed in the old site. But it was disconcerting to people. Then 6 years later the domain again had glitches loading and it wouldn't allow me to update information on the website (which I had done in the past). This time customer support told me that they were too busy and I should fix it myself, which obviously I would have done If I knew how. Therefore this negative review.
