I was Reseller, every time I login I have to clear browsers cache, the live chat don't help at all whenever I ask live chat help, they gave me an email address to submit my complains to and got responses from those emails in 2-3 days to fix a small issue. If live chat is not here to help then why they are on your website. Second the provide USA based phone number to seek help and making calls from Asia to USA is too much costly. I must say, Customer Support -10 out of 10. Their services sucks 5 out of 10.

I called Bluehost and worked with the customer service representative who worked very hard with me to get the upload size I needed under my current plan - no additional charge. Well done!
