I recently have had to downsize some of my products and services that I have had with Go Daddy for years because of economical changes. The associate I spoke with was very helpful and helping me to decide what I needed to keep and what I needed to get rid of, he reviewed both of my accounts. Help me with discounts that were needed to be able to restore my services. He gave me dates that I needed to make additional payments and assured me that everything would be OK. He followed through with everything. He said he would do and I am so grateful that when I needed Go Daddy they came through for me.

Have had several Zoom meetings with various Representatives/Developers always with a positive experience; they have been extremely patient and understanding with all the questions I have had, took the time to make sure I understood before we moved on.

Alan knew exactly how to resolve my issue. However, the email address on my account was not accessible to me since I transferred brokerages. He helped me with the workaround, but I needed to wait 24 hours for the update to go into effect. I called 24 hours later and the rep told me her fix "showed as working on her end and I needed to wait 2-4 hours for me to witness the fix.". Another day later, my issue was not fixed and I had to call in again, to a different representative. That rep also refused to acknowledge Alan's suggestion (just as the lady representative did the day prior). When Jay asked me what I wanted him to tell me, I told him I wanted to speak with Alan, I want to remove the www. from my forward destination, just as Alan originally recommended. Once I manually did as Jay suggested, Alan's plan actually worked, to Jay's surprise (even though Jay has been doing this for the last 11 years). From the start, Alan was very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding of my situation. I wish I could have had the opportunity to call Alan back directly after the 24-hour lapse. It would have saved me valuable time, as I have been waiting to alleviate this website/domain issue before ordering my business cards. Definitely a communication fail on Bluehost's part, not on Alan's. Let's Go ALAN!!!
