This company is selling domain ,, fivola.com". That site is big scam. They stole lot money from lot of people, and if ,,Bluehost" is selling this domain, they are also responsible for that scam. I have plenty evidence from conversation with people who was working with that scam and also pictures of sended payments to there's accounts on ,,Binance". They disappear for few months, and now is first time that I see this again. Now when they are back I can finally send all evidence to police.

I already knew Bluehost's reputation wasn't great, but after spending over five days trying to update the nameservers on a domain, I’ve had enough. I was passed around to four different chat technicians, none of whom were able to offer any meaningful help. Their only solution was 'wait 24 hours, and it will work'—which of course, didn’t solve anything. The customer support is nonexistent, and the support team seems completely ineffective. Any other host would have fixed this issue in 2 minutes on chat. I highly recommend staying away from Bluehost.

Just terrible...I tried to migrate my email account from Bluehost to something else. Their IMAP server would refuse connection despite having the correct email, password and port settings, as provided by their AI chatbot. I log in for customer support and wait 15 minutes - no biggie. I speak with the customer service rep for a bit and feel like I am getting nowhere. They are discussing saving the emails to a file, which doesn't strike me as useful as I am trying to migrate between two web-based clients. I point this out and they said that I can update a setting in Outlook365 to facilitate the transfer. I ask where the setting is and I get nothing back. I am waiting for a response when they ask:"Just checking in, please reply to let us know you are still here."I respond "Still here". They then said "Looks like you may have stepped away. No problem, we'll be here to help when you respond."I reply again: "I am still present"Only to get:Thank you for chatting with Bluehost. We're experiencing higher than normal volumes. Hang in there. Your estimated wait time is 5 minutes.I literally had to start over from scratch with a new agent.Despite this, we couldn't get the problem resolved. I spent another 45 minutes working with a new agent trying to get the issue sorted out and they absolutely cannot transfer emails. Eventually I gave up, asked them to delete the email account so I can move on with my life. Most of the stuff there was not hyper important, but it's still frustrating to say the least.I already wanted to leave due to poor pricing and the fact they could not actually do what I needed them to do in terms of hosting a custom webpage. This was just a fun experience on the way out.I would suggest ANYONE that isn't Bluehost.

Absolutely horribe customer service and tech support - I've been with Bluehost for OVER 25 YEARS AND I'M QUITTING THEM ASAP. They LIE about everything and their tech support is in the Phillipines and run by people who can't speak English hardly at all. NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH Bluehost.COM.

Terrible. If you are using this for any type of business, don't.Service over the last year has been awful, especially in terms of email, and various website image issues. Temperamental is word of the day. Emails seem to have disappeared at the moment.Looking online, they have become extremely expensive compared to other providers.Now on phone for over 30 minutes on hold.

The support services are very poor. Every request, such as changing DNS, updating phone numbers, or emails, takes more than 48 to 72 hours. other services take less than 30 min. And I am not getting OTP by phone most of the time so I have to call ISD and they said without OTP they can't help.

I've used Bluehost for years for websites to sales in person. I guess because I didn't use the pos system enough they deleted my account for inactivity but still allowed me to take a $193 payment on 2/18, I noticed an issue when the payment didnt hit my account like normal, so went through all the paperwork again to reactivate my account. Was told on the phone that everything was done and looked right but the application was under review and they could tell me anything I just needed to wait. I just noticed (3/1) they voided the payment on 2/26 after my application has been under review for almost 2 weeks. I don't get it, I've been setup with them for years. Now I have to track down the customer and hope they make the payment again. Not to mention the web page prices have gone up 33% a few months ago, from $35 to $45 with no warning. I'll spend more money with another company vs ever doing business with Bluehost again. They want to make taking payments a nightmare and increase prices that much on the webpages, it was $30 at the end of 2023 so a 50% increase in a years time is ridiculous.

I beg people to avoid Bluehost all service. I had same problem like their hosting service is the world poor ever. As a developer just to install any cms demo it wont work, you can not develop code. They provide cheap server as always. Try to use hostinger, namecheap.Can I complain to stop this poor company to somewhere so that they can not provide poor server to people? ?? Bluehost is a Scam – Terrible Service & No Refund! ??I had an awful experience with Bluehost. I paid $62.56 for hosting + $12 for Bluehost AIRO, which never worked. My website was constantly slow or completely unresponsive, making it impossible to run my business.Despite multiple issues and severe inconvenience, Bluehost refused to refund me, even though I couldn’t use their service as promised. Instead of helping, they ignored my concerns and left me with a non-functional service and wasted money.This has slowed down my business, caused unnecessary stress, and created serious disruptions. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they take no responsibility for their unreliable hosting.I highly DO NOT recommend Bluehost to anyone serious about their business. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable hosting.

Bluehost Website is everchanging (in a bad way), so despite of years of using it, I'm still lost within the menus and options. The main reason is that it is bloated with advertisements and suggestions. So it feels more a marketplace than a website for managing your domains and hosting services in my opinion. As I'm paying a lot of money each month, I'm amazed how hard it is for me to wander their labyrinths in order to get my simple needs met. I'm often calling them directly for simple tasks, but often it stays difficult to get what I need, and it happened that the tech team messed up with my settings instead of helping me.

Without any consultation, Bluehost charged us 262.80 CHF on the day of the website renewal 28.02.2025, which should have been only about 26 CHF.Of course, I reacted immediately and complained.What does it cost so much, because this is not a new website, but just a Website renewal one!We didn't ask for anything new, we're using just our old website.Referring to the addition of a new package, He wanted to explain that we had requested a new package. The chat person was Arundhati G.Even though I said that I had not received any requests from Bluehost and that I wanted my money back, they fell on deaf ears. They wanted to close our website by refunding the money.They couldn't even send me an email confirmation that our money would be refunded.A big scam company! This is not the first time they have scammed me! Gang of thieves!I have taken the necessary steps to recover our stolen money!Untrustworthy company, you should not collaborate with them!

Warning about this company. You now want customer service. Try having there system tell you that you will be on hold for an hour. Go someplace else. Do not use Go daddy. I am taking every domain.Every other business I have with them and leaving there company. UPDATE: Even thought the wait time was long , which it never used to be, in the morning, Once I got through the rep helped me with an issue that I could not get answered from Wix and solved the problem. The bigger issue is that these global companies do not want to spend the money on customer service, like on wix which is practically non existent and the Ai does not give you correct directions and Will not let you speak with anyone or connect you with live chat. 1.5 hours trying to get an answer from wix and trying to contact someone to get a correct information as to how to. This is what go daddy helped me with. Finding where to go to have what should have taken 1 minute vs the 1.5 hours of bull from Wix Ok , Maybe I will not leave go daddy after all. !
