The company is going downhill way too fastI have been a customer for 10 years and never seen that bad customer service before!Everything started last year as apparently they moved their customer service overseas and you get very beginners level support with no resolution to any complicated case plus you waste hours on the phone.I moved already some services to another provider and if they continue like that I will be moving everything this yeartoday March 3, I called for support 3:19 pm Eastern Time and their dashboard was down so they couldn't assist meWhat a joke that the host service cannot keep their website up.If you don't change whatever you have done in the past year I assure you that you will run out of business soon!!

Bluehost resells domains in a way that I consider illicit, demanding excessive payments to release them. Furthermore, their customer support is useless, with generic responses and a lack of solutions. I do not recommend Bluehost if you value your online presence and fair treatment.

Bluehost has the worst customer service. I have been on hold now for 1 hour. When I try to use their online customer service after finally saying i would be connected to a live person, the bot said wait time would be 51 minutes. No one showed up on the chat.

Edward (customer service via telephone) was extremely helpful and quick to resolve my issue. The representatives via chat are a complete "JOKE" and need to be reprimanded. I sure hope those chats are monitored as you are told to wait nearly 2 hours and never get any assistance. This happened to me 4 times, I will never refer a friend and will not continue business if this continues!!*UPDATE* It is now 03/13/25 and I still have not received my refund. After contacting my bank and disputing the charges. I've provided them with all documentation required from Edward, it seems he has provided me with a store credit. I clearly stated I wanted it refunded back to the original payment method!!!! What is wrong with you people!? Seriously! I won't be renewing anything else or using your services in the future. This is the absolute worse experience ever!

This guys are such a joke, you can't integrate anything with goddady. I have been on the waitlist for over two hours to speak with a costumer representative. After finally someone reached out (Reena A) the first thing they did is wasting my time, they took their sweet time when responding to messages, they drop you out after a couple of minutes of not receiving a response. Anyway after some back and forth and checking with the team they informed that it tiktok is not supported on their platform

I locked my account for updating many DNS records and using 2FA too many times. The website suggest you use a different 2FA method which I did, and it didn't work either. They suggest you contact support in this case. They said they can't unlock my account and I have to wait 24 hours!! before I can keep updating my DNS records... Really? so if the availability of my website/business depends on updating a DNS record, you assume a 24 hours downtime until they decide to unlock your account... incredible. I didn't expect that at all from a company like Bluehost, very disappointed.

don't use 123 regMy complaint to 123reg and Go daddyTSO HOSTING TO 123 REGPlease help I called 123 reg 4 times i got cut off 3 times when i said i want to complain two of the names where Stefan and John.The 4th time i called the person called Robert said there is no complaint you have to login but i cant login because this is the problem I need to login to pay for my website. He said i have to call back tomorrow if i have not had a email.So to make a complaint i need to login but cant login.4 day and i loss my website so i have till friday 7thmarch 2025.I have had no email from 123reg i first contacted them last Monday 24thfeb 2025 so 7days ago and nothing. 123 reg are owned by Bluehost you need to contact Go Daddy to help you need to speak to them because on line they say they are not but on the phone they say that 123 reg are owned by Go Daddy

My conversation with Blake in technical support was very helpful, though the call was interrupted due to my doctor calling in so I am waiting for Blake to call me back. He definitely seemed like he was trying to help me out with a dozen or so excessive charges on my account of which I was unaware, and for things that I never used. However the sales department that initially called me seemed a bit high pressured to me, with very limited plans or options, and trying to convince me the only plan that would do the job and be effective and feasible for what I need is of course the most expensive option, in the area of $8,000!!

I have been a long-time Bluehost customer. Never really had any issues BUT should you have an issue, it is a NIGHTMARE to resolve. You can put on hold for over an hour, then we you do speak to someone, they're typically in a developing country and it sounds like they read off a script. It will take a few attempts for them to understand your issue, then they endlessly put you back on hold, so their supervisor can tell them what to say. Then they will open a ticket, which essentially goes nowhere.What Bluehost is prompt about, billing and sending feedback questionnaires about unresolved issues. The latest system-wide issue is Apple iPhone integration with MS Office 365. After being told to delete the email account, they have no resolution.Update to initial review: It took me just over a month with good technical support BUT I'm finally FREE of Go Daddy. I took my business to another company with better support who is also significantly less expensive. Their customer service agents are located in North America!!! For those checking reviews in anticipation of doing business with Go Daddy, consider other fine alternatives. It doesn't get better after you buy a service, and the experience degrades exponentially the longer you stay with them. Good Luck!

so last year i have bought domains from Bluehost now the domain is expired as I am not using it anymore to renew it, i do have a webmail bought from them they have blocked access from me now they are saying you have to renew your domain first as the domain has nothing to do with my webmail there names are also different from each other ... worst experience i have bought new domain from Name Cheap it is too smooth to use... worst experience

I have been on hold waiting for support for a major Microsoft 365 problem for 1 hour and 17 minutes. Unbelievable!!! I will not renew EVER.
