I've had a highly frustrating experience with Bluehost's SmartLine service. For the past three months, I have been unable to use the business line I paid for due to repeated issues with the registration verification process. Despite completing the process three times, including twice with their support representatives guiding me over the phone, the verification failed each time. As a result, I was constantly booted out of calls and texts with my clients, forcing me to use my personal number—an unprofessional situation for any business owner.To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the SmartLine service (on 5/10/2024 and 6/11/2024, both for $188.53), even though I couldn’t use the service at all. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve these issues, there has been no solution in sight. I have requested a full refund for the charges, but the entire experience has caused significant stress and negatively impacted my business operations.I expected better service and professionalism from Bluehost, but this situation has been far from satisfactory. I would not recommend their SmartLine service based on my experience.
