At 9:30pm on a Saturday night, I discovered that a large number of important emails had disappeared. After a lot of Google research that had convinced me those emails could only be retrieved through a complex and too-technical (for me!) process, I contacted Go-Daddy. Fortunately, I ended up talking with Abigail! She was calm, patient with my questions, understood my concerns/anxiety and walked me through a retrieval process that was far more simple than I'd anticipated! Thank you to Go-Daddy for your usual excellent customer service and to Abigail for her rescue!

Horrible experience since the switched from Bluehost SmartLine to Conversation. I can’t make any outbound business calls for over a month. I’ve called tech support 4 times and each time spent 45 min to 1.5 hours for tech support to send back and fort chat messages with their “Advance” tech support team. Apparently they only communicate via chat and can’t come on phone call. This is crazy. Update: 9/16/24: Have not received any emails for follow up. Also I failed to mention that during my last interaction with Bluehost over the phone, I had requested to speak with a supervisor however after 15 min hold, the agent said the supervisor was not available and would have them call me back in 30 minutes. Well guess what, no call back it’s been 2 days. Not surprised at all.

I like how easy Bluehost website builder is to navigate and super user friendly if you are looking for something basic without having to have advanced HTML or coding experience. However, i am greatly disappointed that after spending days building my new website that my inline video will not play and is only showing up as a thumb nail. I am also getting mixed answers from the Bluehost support team. One person is saying the video is loading on all their devices, while another is saying it isnt. It is simply a mp4 video that plays just fine on desktop but wont play on mobile, even though there is a mobile device option to play these videos automatically. I understand there is only so much the remote staff can do but im hoping Bluehost will take this seriously and look into it for me as i will be leaving if this does not get fixded.

I used Bluehost for years but had called and canceled one part of my order. I was charged for that order without any email or verification from me to do so. I called upon seeing the charge on my credit card within the same month. They refused to give me my money back forcing me to pay for a product I am not using for a two year period saying had only 5 days to cancel it! I will be canceling everything as soon as my term for other products are up. USE SOMEONE ELSE!
