This company is very greedy. It is very easy to sign up for a service, but very complicated to downgrade a service and stop paying. It looks like a strategy. Buying a domain through them is easy and cheap, renewing is much more expensive.

It's been 34 days since my Bluehost account and the products inside were locked and suspended without any due cause or prior notice, and nobody from Bluehost has responded yet.Whenever I contact Bluehost customer support, I am always asked to contact HostSec(at)Bluehost.com. But it's been 34 days since I made my first attempt to contact Hostsec, and I have still not received a response.I will keep posting updates here.

too expensive and and hidden fees. very deceiving and no free SSL or WHOIS have to pay extra 15$/yr unlike Porkbun.com those services are free. i use porkbun now. not recommended.
