I recently purchased a subscription for my website through Bluehost. During the first payment attempt, the page crashed and there was no record or confirmation of payment. When I wen't back to try again, I decided on the slightly better plan. I have now been charged for both, and customer service say they can't give me a refund because it was an 'upgrade' even though the payments were 7 minutes apart. I'm very disappointed and will be moving my custom elsewhere.

Bluehost keep asking to send them signed ID and proof of business so they can cancel 2 step verification and I will be able to log-in because I changed my mobile number. It has been loads of time now, I keep send them the required documents but they just ignore me, I even twice spoke to 2 agents over live chat, they confirmed that they spoken to recovery team and they promised them that they will remove the 2 step verification after few hours but nothing happened, I have a proof of those 2 agents!! Bluehost is messing my life and my business, wish never signed up with them. Customer number: 190771202

I've been a customer for over 20 years. I will be looking for someplace else for all my web, email, phone needs. It's gotten so complicated that i spend more time trying to get a hold of Customer service than I can afford to spend. They switched their Smartline and I can't make outgoing calls without first tieing all my email and socials -WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO DO!The 20 minutes I had to work on this is gone and the issue is not resolved, which negatively effects my business. This lifelong customer's time will be better spent shopping for a new company.
