The website builder is very easy to use, but when you have a basic question, Bluehost support is the absolute worst I've ever seen (and I work for a software company). I was given bad information and told to upgrade, which I did, giving them another $100, just to find out that the upgrade was useless and then was denied a refund. Additionally, their Google profile shows all 5 star reviews from Trustpilot but when you come here, the reviews are the opposite. They have no shame in misleading and collecting money for sure.
