If I can give 0 stars, I would. Their customer service is beyond horrendous. First was this CS agent Sai Krishna, he just dropped me off without even informing me! Then the next person who took over, Anjali V, she needed me to repeat the entire problem and insisted I key in my private information (account number and PIN) into the WhatsApp! This, to me, is ridiculous. What's more nonsense is that you cannot find any avenue to provide feedback to their management.If you need after sales customer service, you can forget about it with Bluehost. Looks like they are doing away with the customer service. Here's the irony of all, there is an article on Bluehost in 2019 titled: "Your voice matters — and helps make Bluehost better" (just search "Bluehost feedback"and you should be able to find it; apologies I cannot put the link here as it's not allowed). Yet, you cannot find any play in Bluehost platform to provide your feedback!

Bluehost monitors the domains I searched and after 10 days I checked in again the domain was bought by "someone" else and was only available via their broker service! I don't think it is was just by luck, So you have to pay $100 for the broker to "help" you negotiate with the "owner" to buy it! Scams!

The free trial is so limited as the be useless; but my real issue is that Bluehost make it incredible difficult to close your account once opened. As opposed to having a close account option in account setting (like the majority of web services have); it took me 30mins of back-and-forth with a customer help chat to send me a bespoke link to a two-stage! account closure process. Presumably this is so that it is easy for Bluehost to hold onto user account data and inflate their active user numbers - but incredibly frustrating for those of us who don't want defunct accounts in our names and email addresses.
