You can't transfer a .fr extension to Bluehost! I have so many domain names on Bluehost with a .fr extension that I bought on their website, but can't transfer. Now I need to manage that domain from another hosting company. Bluehost, useless here!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bluehost support. Spent over an hour going in circles, with the agents repeatedly asking the same questions. Despite all that time, they couldn’t even manage to update my nameservers. The whole process felt like a waste of time—really disappointing.

as a web designer / developer. Bluehost to me is one of the worst service providers in the domains/ hosting market. The first thing I do when a client comes to me with a domain hosted on Bluehost is transfer it somewhere else. The whole eco system is a mess. You can tell that it expanded with no proper initial architecture and at this point you need to destroy it and start from scratch. Even the process of transferring a domain outside of Bluehost takes days with the absurd number of emails confirmations being sent to the owner. Account delegation isn't so helpful. You can't just as an owner give full control to your team.The security / UX balance is terrible, the support team is useless, not just in 2024. I been experiencing this since 2020

I've already had trouble with using Bluehost and now again I'm having yet another issue with being able to erase any content and update my things. I was told how someone would call me back from the company and never have and I'm ready to switch to somebody else. I was hoping that this would have been a one-time deal and it would have worked. And then I was told I would be given a free month but they were pulling payments for that month and now I received A notification that I have to make another payment soon. Where's the free month at then?

The Spanish customer service for technical support of email is very bad. When they sold me the product they said you are not gonna have any problems with mirgrating your current email data to Bluehost, we will support you and guide you at every single step, we have great technical support. I even asked explicitely if the format of my exported data is okay and they said yes, it's supported. Once I called them to help me, they send me a bunch of articles and said they don't give support during this process and the format of my data is not supported. So at the end you are on your own, bear that in mind when contracting :(
