I love that they allowed me to not have old music on while I was waiting for a representative. When Brandon came on the line, he first check to see the phone number that I was calling from was a good call back number in case we got disconnected. I love that. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Had some issues with a secondary outlook account, but couldn't find any helpful information on their help pages so I clicked contact us and joined live chat. I've just spent well over an hour speaking to 8 "guides" INCLUDING A MANAGER who in turn, disconnected me as soon as I began speaking and redirected me to the AI assistant. I have now resolved my outlook issue, thanks to Google, but any attempts at finding an email address or postal address to submit the transcript in order to file a formal complaint have failed miserably no thanks to the useless customer service team. I will certainly not be renewing my products once the term has concluded and recommend nobody else to join or renew this service, as it is a complete waste of time, going round and round in circles for hours, if you do ever have an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Probally the worst support I've ever recieved. If you don't talk on the live chat for 2 minutes they chuck you back in the call, then another agent comes back into the queue and can't even read the chat log to see what you said, they then answer with some random information and then leave after you wait for 2 minutes. It's like the agents are not even trained. I have never had such god awful support in my life. This is the reason we're trasnferring our 10 domains away from Bluehost.

Money hungry. Opened up my phone number and information to spam callers. And they said I have to pay to have them stop calling me. Extremely irritated and frustrated. Definitely not worth it. Take your business elsewhere

I have been a Bluehost customer for almost 24 years and they have always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I have a renewal come up I shop around and although their prices might be a little higher than some, they are also a bit less than others, but I still feel like I am getting a great value for my money.

I LOVE that you can always reach a HUMAN at Bluehost! I've been a customer for 20 years now and am always pleased with their service and most of their products! (not a fan of Outlook!) Other than that..FIVE STARS!
