So far, I had a GREAT service from Bluehost, except one goof up that happened today. I registered a domain somthinglike.jobs (Not real name of the Domain). Not only I registered it but also extended my registration for 10 years for that I paid $1141.70.A day after I get an Email that my registered Domain has been cancelled and money has been refunded to my original credit card.When I went to Bluehost.com to see why it was cancelled, to my surprise I see the result that domain has been Taken, I was wondering who has taken, because I was the one who registered. Then I went to check WHOIS database, and there the message says that this domain has not been registered.My question to Bluehost, is when I registered it and extension my renewal to 10 years why it was cancelled after one day. I registered it on 10/3/2024, and I get an email of cancellation on 10/4/2024.This is major goof up by Bluehost, I called the support and there a support person open a ticket for me now waiting a call from Bluehost to explain why my registered domain was cancelled.THE SUPPORT PERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH ME AND LISTEN MY COMPLAIN> I AM VERY MUSH HAPPY WITH HIS PROSESSIONALISM!!!
