WE PURCHASED 8 DOMAINS AND HOSTING. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, THEY BLOCKED OUR ACCOUNT AND TRANSFERRED THE DOMAINS TO THEMSELVES. DESPITE PROVIDING ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, OUR ACCOUNT REMAINS BLOCKED AND THE DOMAINS ARE IN A BLOCKED STATUS. THE SITUATION REMAINS UNRESOLVED.Legal Action: WE HAVE TAKEN LEGAL STEPS AND CONTACTED THE ICANN GLOBAL SUPPORT CENTER. Go Daddy advised paying for email services associated with domain name which is incorrect if you want to use 365 email services. Microsoft needed to access the domain email and couldn't because it was tied to Go Daddy instead of Microsoft. Once noted, Arlene got straight on the case with mega tech advice and an instant refund, so Go Daddy rectified the issue with full satisfaction, hence 4 stars

Easy to purchase and manage domains but their support team is like two different companies. The telephone team are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The live chat team are terrible. Almost two hours and they hadn't done a single thing despite assurances. They even admitted they speak to 4 customers at once and because I wasn't purchasing another domain, they prioritise sales chats over product help/advice.
