This Company sell Domain names that they do not own and never transfer them. If you call they either disconnect or just pass you round and round. Do not deal with them the whole business is a fraud. And refunds are nigh on impossible. Go daddy responded on Trustpilot No email sent to me another indication of how this Company lies

I called the number and immediately got the phone answered and within not even a 1 minute a real live person - Jonathan - was there talking with me! Jonathon was such a pleasure to deal with. He was calm, sounded and had the energy of being relaxed which calmed me down immediately. He kept me informed of every step and even gave me recommendations on what could be done.
