I recently took a Big Rock plan to try my hand at creating a website. Being new to this, I decided to cancel my subscription after a short while. When I approached Big Rock customer care, the level of support I received from Big Rock customer care left me feeling really delighted. Michelle, in particular, was exceptionally helpful. She quickly understood my query and resolved it smoothly, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Big Rock for their excellent service!

I have hosted multiple websites for many years even as a hosting reseller business. Of all the providers I’ve used, I am most pleased with Big Rock. Performance, their administrative interface/cPanel, migrations…all of it 100% top notch. My clients’ Wordpress sites are in very good, trustworthy hands with Big Rock.

Capable and friendly support agents have been able to resolve every issue I've thrown at them on my first contact. This is far from my first web hosting vendor, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how good the support is! Recommended.

Absolutely horrible. I have a webshop at Big Rock, used to be Zyro, for at least two years now. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I still have it Purly because I worked very hard on it, spent many many hours on it, and it's finally OK now.Big Rock is not easy to use. I can't find basic stuff like rearranging products to your liking. There are FAQ's but even those don't work sometimes. For example : I'm selling digital downloadable images. But Big Rock doesn't have the basic option to not enlarge the picture when you click on it. So people can click on it, have it big, and make a screenshot. I have had many chats with the AI chat and in real live chats. They frequently say that they don't have functions available yet. Basic functions!Also I have to switch browsers sometimes because sometimes things don't work on Chrome. Imagine all the time I put into figuring this out.... Also, it took more than a year to finally have my description of my Internet page right. Yes, I also chatted with someone from Big Rock about it, they said they couldn't do anything about it. It took a year of waiting!Now another thing. My website isn't always working for the public. I even got emails from buyer that they couldn't see my products. After I went to the website builder and did absolutely nothing, things got right again. But I don't want to check my website everytime just to make sure it's working properly.I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Absolutely a mess.

I used hostgator last 8 years but recently I found that your servers response is too good compare with others hosting, I have business account with Big Rock now but need to make all the offer compare with others as minimum as you can....( hosting price).thank you
