You won't find this out until after you've already paid them, but Big Rock's VPS "KVM" service don't actually provide a proper virtual KVM like most others do; they instead use a VNC connection which is not the same and doesn't let you select TTY. What a waste of money.

While the "30-day money-back guarantee" remains on their website and could potentially mislead customers, I've increased my rating to 3 stars in recognition of their responsiveness to this issue.Original review:Absolutely furious with Big Rock's misleading "30-day money-back guarantee." Their website clearly advertised this policy on the VPS hosting plan page, which is why I confidently purchased a 1-year subscription.However, when I tried to request a refund within the 30-day window (the website specifically states 30 days!), I was hit with a brick wall. Their Terms & Conditions, buried deep within the website, contradict the upfront advertisement and claim the VPS plans are non-refundable. This is a blatant bait and switch tactic!I feel completely misled by Big Rock's advertising. They lure you in with the promise of a money-back guarantee, but then hide the truth in their fine print. This is a dishonest and predatory business practice.Not only am I stuck with a year-long plan I can't use, but Big Rock's customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive. My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with silence. Great interface, but they charge you for everything. First they get you in with a FREE domain, but then in the second year this domain will cost you 60 dollar a month. After that you need to pay for your e-mail as well, starting from 1.60 dollar per month (paid per year) per mailinbox. I hate it when companies have all this hidden cost and not being transparant with their prices. I've worked with many hosting companies but didn't experience this greediness before.Update: after I realised the free extension was something useless like .bizz or something I contacted the custermer service for a refund. I must admit that the service was quick, efficient and they accepted my refund right away.

Transfer 5 websites to their hosting and then update plan. After updating all glitched, merchant, seo and ads goes down. Create ticket and waiting 2 weeks, any updates - only what they WORKING. day by day situation stay more complicate. will go to another hosting. Loose 400 usd for payment.Their soft have to much glitches and they cant fix it. For example - i transfer subdomain to them and web is on their hosting, after 3 month emails drop downs every week, and then i see regular errors what my web does not connect with their hosting ( but site working ). And they cant fix it 2 weeks...last 4 days mobile bots from google and bing, microsoft dont have access to web, all products ( 14 000 ) go away from seo and merchant! Totally not recomended!
