The need that spurred this dialogue was losing access to my account. The entire process was great considering the level of attention and detail and time that went into securely verifying my account ownership. It isn't supposed to happen overnight but you guys made sure I didn't really notice that it didn't take that long. Once the verification was completed the actual issue was resolved in moments. The few interactions with team members was concise and laden with brevity and professionalism. I honestly couldn't be happier nor had a better example of a "good" experience.

I do not recommend when it comes to domain registration. After buying a domain from them, first after 24 hours they told me that I had to wait until 72 hours. After 3 days when I started asking what was happening with the domain that I bought from them. I got information that I had to give them more data. which was not mentioned before. During the conversation I was informed that if I did not give them the domain could not be assigned to me. and they could offer me a .COM domain. Without my acceptance my domain that I bought from them more than 3 days earlier was deleted, and then they informed me that the .COM domain that they offered me had been registered to another person for a long time. Finally my domain that I wanted was available for purchase for a few days and I was not even informed about it. and they said they can't offer her anymore because she's already registeredPS.after I got the information that you can no longer offer me the domain that I wanted because it is already reserved. I asked you to return my money which is connected with deleting the account. that is why you can't find it.

Brisa was very knowledgeable, understanding and SWIFT in resolving my domain transfer issue...I then had another issue (with managing dns) and she promptly resolved! It is very assuring to know that competent help is so readily accessible. ThankU AGAIN!

It is very simple to use, friendly. I had someone explaining everything. I had to transfer my domain name and it is very straight forward. There are people helping you if you need. I had to redo the website as the system was not compatible with my old one but it was easy. There was one thing I really like on my old site that was not there. I sent my feedback and hope they can upgrade with the options I mentioned. So far I really like my new website. It looks professional and so much cheaper than other providers. It would be my third provider. I signed for 4 years!

Someone hacked my account and buy domains from it but I am very happy that the team member help me to get refund and also helping me to secure my account.

After five tries, I still could not connect my existing domain, and the now-former host was not helpful (it refused to allow me to rename the DNS). Anne came in and took over, worked through the problem, and made the connection for me. It took time but it got done, and done right. Big Rock really came through when I had trouble ... I would definitely recommend them.

Big Rock is first rate. Technical support is generally from Lithuiania, which is full of smart people and thus is great support. The Big Rock website is simple and intuitive to navigate. Big Rock prices are a very fair deal.

Big Rock is good but One very important thing that can dissatisfied to many customers. I different plans have different space like 100GB or so one but being running 7 or 8 website space filled buy Nods but other space may be use 10% or 15%. This looks like blunder. Don't know what is Nods and how to manage these. But overall it looks Scame to the normal user...

The whole experience with Big Rock is that their servers are very fast and with the introduction of AI models on the site makes ii easy for users to work effectively and efficiently thus becoming productive site.

This was originally called Zyro but I think Big Rock was its parent company even then. This is easy website building and, when I joined the clincher was its affordability, so I can run two websites, which is a huge plus. I hope it all remains as good and doesn't change like my previous experience elsewhere. Nice websites. Basic, easy and affordable. A good experience for me.
