I attempted to migrate my website, to Big Rock. Unfortunately, all my attempts failed. The system kept indicating that the migration could not proceed due to incorrect login information. However, I was able to log in to WordPress using the same credentials without any issues.I reached out to your support team via messenger, but despite their attempts to help, the instructions they provided were ineffective. They kept sending me the same steps, which didn’t resolve the issue. I repeatedly requested to speak with a manager or someone more knowledgeable, but they assured me they could help, which led to several frustrating hours with no progress.This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Great host and very simply and smooth I recommend trying it

Big Rock is potentially the most customizable website building platform I've seen this decade. With features like alignment grids, built-in assets, and dynamic page loading/scrolling, I have every feature I can dream of without the hassle of coding it myself. Expect a "bug" every now and again if you copy-and-paste assets such as contact forms. Trust me, take an extra five minutes and start from scratch. (Their customer service let me know this & that's how I got here!)

I agree with Carlos, customer service is terrible. They spend too much money on marketing their hosting service, but no customer service. They use a dumb robot for customer service. No human or phone# to call to get help.

Hostier provides a highly functional platform for hosting, domain name, and email at fair prices with easy to access support. I have tried godaddy, bluehost, and others in the past, and none impressed me as much as Big Rock.

This company is hands down the best when it comes to the customer support they provide always a quick response and fast fixes if needed! With my agency i have 72 websites hosted here for my clients, amazing!

Actually really awesome. My only problem is, that there are quite some boundaries you have to accept when it comes to personalization.

I saw NetworkChuck use your platform in one of his videos and thought it looked really cool and easy to use, especially for someone who has never used WordPress. I normally develop my own applications using Python and the Django framework, however I wanted to get a project up and running for my kids to work on as quickly as possible, and this has been great! I've only had one question so far - the AI wasn't able to help, but as soon as I was connected to a real person, my issue was resolved in seconds. Thanks!

This is a review you will want to read I went to transfer in a domain and it was a mess we had to move this change that and pull out the dohicky and then the team found the answer and bang the domain was in so I have a lot of work to catch up on thanks to their Awesome People who were right there with me for every question and explained every reply Great to work with Good people who will even listen to your thoughts on the matter Thanks everyone Shelvi deserves a free lunch Thanks everyone Awesome job!!!

I consider it essential in every company to take care of and look after its clients, that is the key to success, a satisfied client recommends 10 more people, and a dissatisfied client will not recommend 30 more people.
