They resolved the issue right away! I have a little bit of knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting the problem I encountered, but I just could not figure out. At first, I thought I wasn't going to be able to connect with a live customer service person but when I found a way to contact them, it only took 5 minutes to resolve my problem. It was quite difficult at first, but the issue was solved and that was what was important to me.

Cheep and best Hosting server easy to use front panel.

After being with BlueHost for many years I have now successfully migrated to Big Rock. BlueHost's platform was stable and served me well, but their business practices often left me frustrated and, at times, fuming. Unfortunately, due to complexities in my site I couldn't migrate elsewhere (or so I thought), so I was at their mercy.At renewal, BlueHost annoyed me again and so I decided to look again at the possibility of migrating. I had a call with the Kiara from the Big Rock Sales Team and she was able to reassure me that migration was possible - and Big Rock would do the migration for me.I went ahead and bought a four-year deal (if it didn't work, I could get a refund within the first 30 days). The migration itself was not pain free. There were problems. However, I found Big Rock support really vey, very good. I would have said excellent but for the fact some problems could have been avoided had they given me a little more information.Despite the problems, with Big Rock's invaluable support, I can now report that my site is up and running with them. So far, I am a very happy customer (let's hope I feel the same at renewal :-) )

It has been over a month and for the 6th time my website is cancelled despite them apologising and promissing it has been fixed now. Every time different reason - eventually bought the same domain on porkbun - in few seconds everything was working fine. Absolutely hate Big Rock at the moment - wasted so much time contacting them back and forth

I had many many problems during my online business owner career, and Big Rock always helped me manage my multiple websites, both hosting and developer issues, very glad to be their customer!

They banned the fully paid domain after 2 days. It can't be reported by anyone as nobody knows this domain yet and there was no site deployed for this domain yet.

I had over 7,000 videos on my Adult Website, but Big Rock claimed that one video was abuse when it's not, and they suspended and deleted my entire website with over seven thousand (7,000) adult videos without giving me a backup. Other Hosting providers give you a backup and give you a chance to remove the bad video and clean up your backup. Be Warned! Big Rock Will Delete All Your Content! After that, they will refer you to their Agreement that claims that they are not responsible for your backup. Big Rock don't care about your content. They are only your friends when the going is good. They don't care about their customers lives and work. Big Rock made me lose my life's work. Don't be deceived by all the Big Rock excellent reviews. When you find yourself in a situation, Big Rock will make you lose all your content!

The live chat support is so awesome spoke with this lady Ivah she understands me I think she knows exactly what do or say have been trying to fix an issue for weeks then she came and help me with.
