So far everything has been going well. I am setting up a new hosting service through them and can't beat the price for what is included. I have multiple domains that need their own email and the only real problem is that it's not very clear how to get email setup for new domains added to the server but this was cleared up quickly through their support chat. Overall though it has been a painless experience moving everything to this new provider.

EASY TO HANDLE

This company may work for a single site and a new user. Its sales pages are misleading as they don't tell you the cost of the email service. If you had five sites co-hosted under a business plan you could easily spend three times the cost of the discounted hosting package for them to have just one email each. Every additional email address is extra cost. The costs may be reasonable, but the lack of clarity and transparency was not OK. The email costs didn't become visible until after I had subscribed for the hostingI have given two stars because I expect their service is competent and their migration process was quick and easy. But I will be requesting a refund. And they can't refund the wasted time.

Really bad support, I think the live chat is a bot, then when it says connecting you to a team support, it never does.
