Pretty solid hosting provider. Unfortunately they don't offer any support except for AI (which is mostly like havving no support).Also when you create a subdomain, the file goes into the one of your main-domain - instead of a seperated database..

I have been with Big Rock for less than a day. The photos which were uploaded could not replace the AI supplied photos, continuously got "Failed to Load Images. Try Again Later". The Big Rock promise is that you'll have your website up after a few clicks. After three frustrating hours of changing the Browser, following AI prompts, trying Customer Support's suggestions I gave up in utter frustration. Now I find that I cannot have a refund as the domain registry is excluded. The clue is in the name HO Stinger!

I purchased a two-year hosting plan from Big Rock, which included one domain: suprmeclothing.org. After three months, my hosting was suspended without any prior notice or communication. When I contacted support, they informed me that my domain name was suspended because it was allegedly infringing upon a trademarked brand, "Supreme."I find this explanation unreasonable because if Big Rock sold the domain, it implies they were unaware of any trademark issues at the time of sale. Furthermore, I have noticed that other domains like Big Rock.top and Big Rock.family are available, so how are they able to sell these domains? This situation appears to be a case of open fraud, where Big Rock sells domains, collects payment, and then suspends the service after the refund period ends. This is unacceptable behavior. Please review the knowledge and information consistency of your support team, as I have received different reasons for the suspension of my hosting from various team members.Initially, when I opened a ticket to understand the reason for the suspension, I was told that it was due to a pending billing payment, and the ticket was closed. I then submitted another ticket, and this time, another representative informed me that my account had been reported for a fraud issue, and the ticket was again closed. After submitting a third ticket, I was given yet another reason: that my domain allegedly infringed upon the trademarked brand "Supreme."This inconsistency is frustrating and unprofessional. I need to know whether your team follows different rule books or if this is simply a lack of proper knowledge and coordination. Moreover, I have clearly stated in my communications that I do not have any registered business or affiliation with the Supreme brand. I purchased the domain because Big Rock sold it, and I was planning to create a dropshipping website with CJ Dropshipping, which is still in progress and has not received any orders yet.I am an individual taxpayer, and I am willing to provide all the necessary tax documents if required. However, despite my clear communication, your team continues to send the same generic responses. I suggest that they use Google Translate if there is a language barrier to ensure they fully understand my emails.I have five more accounts and ten domains with Big Rock, but given the lack of consistency and the unreasonable excuses provided by your support team, I am seriously considering switching to another hosting provider. I expect a clear and consistent resolution to this matter.Best regards,
