If you are looking for an Online Appointment booking system on a website - DO NOT use Big Rock Website Builder. It is awful. You cannot cancel an order where a customer wants a refund after having paid i.e. change the status from 'Paid' to 'Unpaid' for manual payment arrangements e.g. Bill Transfer Payments. This means you cannot release the previously booked timeslot and you will lose revenue. Bizarre.

Customer service is great. The servers and hosting are also great.

I was using another site to create my website for years but I recently tried out Big Rock and I will never go back. This is a very easy way to set up a site with a store and you can get very intricate if you want as well. I had a "user error" where I deleted my building site and the customer service was amazing! I am back on track.

I hired a hosting service, paid for it and migrated my files and accounts. Approximately 4 days later, I received a refund notification and all the work done was deleted. When I asked what was happening, they indicated that even though I was charged for the service, they had a problem with the capture, which is why they cancelled and deleted everything.Even though they had already charged, if there was a problem, they could have asked me to take some action before deleting everything and issuing a refund. For this reason, I do not consider them a reliable provider.PS: Provided the requested information and they never contacted me.---The email arrived today and it only asked me about the refund that should not have happened----Oct 28: The refund they say they made has still not arrived, 25 business days later

For the years I've been with them, Big Rock have supplied consistently excellent support. They are always responsive and have frequently gone the extra mile to sort things out for me that I'm too tech ignorant to sort for myself. Recommended!
