Even though it lacks some of the things I'd like for my eccomerce like login for the users of customizing order emails, it's an amazing value for the money you're paying. The things I mentioned are regarding it's own website builder (which is easy to use and extremely useful), but I know i'ts possible with wordpress and it's included in they're plans (wordpress is definitely not for me though, but if it is for you, I'd say totally go for it). Also, if what you want is a basic, fast, functional ecommerce store to get started quick and easy, this is definitely the best choice price-value wise. Their custommer support is super fast, nice and precise, I really appreciated all the help they gave me. Also, their AI tools are very powerful, I totally recommend Big Rock.

The support team is really quick in resolving issues, which is difficult to find nowadays in hosting industry.

My URL is blacklisted and they wont helpI moved my site to Big Rock from namecheap, as namecheap had a UC3 blacklist attached to its IPs. Now I am with Big Rock there is a new blacklist as there is no rDNS set up. They say they cannot do anything about this, but really thats just because its not a button infront of them on their control panel.They will not pass me to their managers to discuss this and I am being fobbed off with it being a problem with a specific Antivirus software."This issue appears to be related to the some antivirus software giving false positive readings. Our scope of assistance is limited when an antivirus, like the one you mentioned (AVG), decides to flag or block a URL for a website.I hope this clarifies things for you!"

Desi was phenomenal with her expertise and was able to resolve my concerns. So far so good, Big Rock is very user friendly and has a lot of step-by-step instructions which makes reaching out to customer service less needed. Every now and again I sometimes need guidance if I'm even looking in the right direction and that is where Kodee the AI comes in. Kodee was able to verify where the issue is coming from and give live feedback to troubleshoot problems. All in all 10/10 service and would highly recommend to other business owners for the price and services alone.

Someone tried to damage our newsportal by falsely reporting an article on our website. They didnt even bother to read the content so they understand imediately it is false, but suspended our website instead.Our site was not working for 24 hours, seriously damaging our company and costing us monetary losses. They needed 24 hours to take our website online due to their non-responsive team and arrogant approach.I read online that Big Rock is known for hosting top scam websites, therefore they treat all the clients the same way.If you are running a serious project and need a serious hosting company, please look for another hosting company as they treat their clients very unproffesionally.They didnt even bother to provide details about the report or allow for a counter-claimTheir typical approach is: We can do whatever we want and whenever we want and you have no rights whatsoever, please read ToS.. You have no rights and you can not do anything about any of our decision, neither know the content of the complaint, please read ToSand then when they send you the link to their terms, they are so broad and genera, they don't even bother to direct you to the paragraph which might mention your issue, because their justification "please read our terms of service" is just another B.S. to get rid of you as fast as possible.in this way they block you completely from having a normal conversation between two businesess. Their relationship to their clients is One-Way relationship, where they have all rights and you have none. No matter how much their behaviour affect the business you spent sleepless hours to build.That is a no long term partner, but a scammers nest.
