Ive been with Big Rock for, it must be close to if not more than 4+ years. I cannot fault them. Ive had zero issues, theyre reasonable priced and never had any downtime. If ever ive had to interact with support, they respond quickly and effectively. Id like to shoutout to Arthur who went above an beyond to resolve my latest issue in restoring one of my email inboxes which had some important emails in!He is a true asset to Big Rock and the support department.

Been with Big Rock for around four years now and had no problems, used their business web hosting and to be honest I have no complaints. The help is via email but the response is generally quick and solves the problem. My webpage load quickly and down time is almost zero. This is my first time hosting a website and I am glad I went with Big Rock.

If you use Big Rock with a SQL database be aware that they do not allow you to create users. Your web pages will be able to access the database with full database administration rights. This leads to the Bobby Drop Tables (do a Google Search for "drop tables cartoon") security flaw. In any web site database you should be able to create a user with read only (SELECT) and a user with update (i.e. INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE and SELECT). You should not be using the DBA user to access the database from a web page.

Now only is the service absolutley amazing from the a start but I had an issue recently where I am not being paid until the end of the month abd my date of payment had come up I asked simply for an exyension expressing my want to pay but only needed 2 days more winny was a gem asked her superiors and they were gratioous enough to give me that extension no questions asked.
