Easy to reach out for helpI like building my own website in a way I desire but without any code experience, there is not much I can do. That's why I choose Big Rock website builder not wordpress. Everytime there is an issue ,I can easily get support from AI, if AI can't solve that problem I will come to a live support by an engineer . most of the issues can be solved , but there is some function right now can't achieve , I understand it and I hope the technical team can soon work on the issue which has been a headach a long time for me . Add "Search Bar" into the header , so that when people come in my website can easily find it by the precise model number rather than looking for it one by one , I believe most of people do not have that patience. If this problem get solved , not only me but many others will benefit .All in all , in a true review , whenever you have an issue , you can get help , that is what I like most and recommend
