I have 5 different web sites. I started one with Big Rock several years ago and would never deal with them again. As soon as I started to work on the site, I immediately created another site on another hosting platform. These people make it much too hard and frustrating to do simple things like recover a password. I can only imagine doing complicated things with them.

The helped me retrieve lost emails from webmail by importing them from the gmail account. I struggled for hours to do it. I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. They put me through to someone who sorted me out in minutes and all the emails where back in webmail.

Set up VPS was fast and easy. Combining with Tailscale I was able to move from AWS in 1 day. I do not use much on AWS just a EC2 VPS. And it was very old CentOS 6 and needed to be updated anyway. So I saved around $25 a month. Not bad. It has weekly snapshots and manual snapshots, but keep only last one. One can reset root password, or SSH keys at anytime. I have to mention simple but nice firewall and malware scanner for free. I mean it has all I need to host couple of sites.And last but not least, support. response was fast and on point. Even AI agent was useful.

Bad, when hosting a laravel application, when running commands are not accepted. Asking to change the php version even though it is the correct version. No minimum autonomy for hosting. Values ??above the average do not comprise the 10-year plan. Bad experience, I'm even migrating to another host where paying for a server is more affordable, I have full control and the resources are better.They responded without the right to reply, and I had to explain everything to a new agent. The support is already bad. Not to mention that I followed as informed, when I did a simple "npm run build, npm run dev" it returns "npm: command not found" and I need npm to put my laravel application online. They're really bad.
