A few months ago, I had trouble getting started with Big Rock's tools. So I requested support form Big Rock's support team and at some point in the conversation the problem didn't get a solution, I think they said I was talking to an agent, when in reality humans related with tech jobs like myself, can tell the difference between a BOT and a human being, like having a nonlinear type of talk. I think this time Luis is human, and my problem got solved thanks to him. So what a relief they are still hiring humans!

I have never been this frustrated with a hosting provider in my life. Big Rock just suspended my entire hosting account because of a domain that isn’t even pointed to their servers and isn’t even owned by me anymore!Here’s what happened: When I originally bought my hosting plan, I listed a domain (thestylesavvy.com) that was in my control at the time. Later, that domain expired, and someone else purchased it. I had completely forgotten about it, and since it was not hosted on Big Rock, I never removed it from my hosting account.Now, out of nowhere, Big Rock suspended my entire hosting plan because their system flagged that domain for phishing—even though it’s hosted elsewhere! How does it make any sense to suspend my whole account for a domain that is no longer mine and isn’t even using their servers?To make matters worse, their customer support is useless. Instead of fixing this obvious mistake, they told me they need 5 business days to “investigate” the issue. Investigate what exactly? The domain is publicly visible, and anyone can see that it’s not pointed to Big Rock. It should take 5 minutes, not 5 days, to confirm this.This is beyond ridiculous. I have urgent business websites hosted with them, and because of their poor policies and lack of common sense, my entire hosting account is suspended, affecting my live websites. I even suggested the most logical solution—simply remove the flagged domain from my account and unsuspend my hosting—but they refuse to act quickly.I regret ever choosing Big Rock, and I’ll never use their services again. If you care about your business, stay far away from them. Their system is broken, their policies make no sense, and their customer support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.Big Rock, fix this now!
