I did not receive an email reminder about my renewal. I should have received a reminder at least a day before the payment was processed. The next day, they refunded my payment, but all the time I spent chatting and emailing Big Rock’s support was completely wasted. A single email reminder could have saved me from all this hassle.

What a strange company. To save money on traffic, they block users who have a VPN (which is *many* people like over 20% of people!), or specifically sometimes VPN users get really nasty multi-step captchas that take forever (7 rounds of "click the traffic light" anyone?) or they even don't show anything, making it look like your website is broken. Support first lied to me and said that's impossible, and after wasting time to prove it to them, they said nothing can be done.Ready to lose 20% of your visitors (except for those really persistant ones)?? I renewed because I'm selling this website and can't be bothered. When renewing 3 weeks before the end of my current contract, they started the new period on the day of renewal, not at the end of the first period, i.e. they stole 3 weeks of membership from me.Support is again like "too bad for you".
