The agent/person that helped me (Kodee) was great, quick and responded directly to what I needed to know right away.

More than 4 weeks I am waiting them to fix a simple problem and They ask the same stupid questions.... This company is just a Big scammer.... I think they do it on purpose bcoz I gave them negative feedback here.... Their Wordpress service is not working you can not install any theme or plugin properly.... watse of time and money....

I'm giving 5 star because of the advisor i got on chat support. He was quick and answered my questions pretty well.However, supporting on Zoom or Google Meet would be easier for customers as well.

First off, the Big Rock user interface is very good and makes it relatively easy to navigate for anyone with even a little experience working with web hosting portals. If you do have questions, the tech support staff (via chat) was among the best I've ever worked with. I'm usually happy to deal with technicians that don't automatically go to a script. I sent two questions sent via the chat interface, and the responses were immediate, detailed and fixed the problems. I highly recommend this hosting company!
