Pathetic service from Big Rock team i raised a ticket for my VPS hosting, but it was suspended without a prior alert for more than 30 hours no response from the team regarding my ticket nor did anyone reply to my mails.

Yvette is the only reason I wanted to leave a review for Big Rock, no other support was helping me in my issue. They were either redirecting me to hire someone on fiverr or telling me to purchase/renew my old plan and just restore my website when i was having issues transferring/migrating the website to a new plan. I would have cancelled everything and stepped away from Big Rock if it wasn't for Yvette's technical support.
