I swapped to Big Rock 4 days ago and already planning to going back to Siteground despite it's more expensive. I've lost access to my account on a friday and asked for a recovery link, it turns out none works on the weekend and it can take up to 2 working days for a real human to reply. I've been without access to my new website for three days now and counting, all contact I get is wit their stupid Kodee AI. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
