Live chat support is appalling. Several times I have opened a live chat for support only be sat waiting for response of 1HR plus? and then getting no support.

Listened And Answered The ProblemAlexis took his time to understand the problem that i was facing in trying to migrate my website from my premium plan to my hosting. Although it wasn't explained initially by another CS Support prior to speaking with Alexis and that i could not migrate my website on the beta plan he offered to duplicate the admin panel to see the error messages i was having. In the end i had to rebuild the website. I would recommend Alexis @ Big Rock as he took his time and was very helpful

I encountered two support personnel who took the work off of my shoulders and guided my website migration to completion. Unfortunately, it happened after hours of wrestling with issues on my own. The AI bot is smart and quick, but can only answer general questions. 1st tier support are good with the published documentation, but 3rd tier support is really good.
