Big Rock is truly excellent. They have created a user-friendly GUI for almost everything related to hosting, VPS, email, domains, and more. Their AI assistant, Kodee, feels very human-like. Unlike typical support bots that provide general answers and link to articles you may have already read, Kodee offers a step-by-step guide and can even resolve issues on its own if it has the necessary access. Personally, I prefer discussing my hosting issues with Kodee rather than with real customer service agents.
