too much limitation to upload file and max time is only 120 second. Big Rock need to fix this issue because f the issue my one theme is waste and face many issue

I have use Big Rock during some curses of Building web pages during the pandemic. I´m not a professional web programmer.For the little that I have used it has been quite easy to find my way, all administrative things were quite fast and platform I would say up to the level I have used is perfect.

So I contacted a service agent through the live chat and oh boy that was the best live chat experience and the service I have ever had so far. I had an issue with an SSL on one of my Websites, most of the agents do is sending a link to an article and ask us to go through it. but this one not only sent me the link but also solved my issue from his side for my convinience. Kudos to the person and the team !!

I wouldn’t give one even 1 star. Horrible UX experience. I can’t refund my money. It is just not working. I tried so many times, not working. I regret I used this site. DON’T USE. IT IS A SCAM.
