My migration from another WordPress host took way too much time and effort on my part. Chat support takes 30-60 minutes to connect and then the conversation is slow and tedious. Now my site has a bunch of plugins that I didn't install also. Too much work, inadequate support and I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Even if we can't reach them by phone because no phone number available for the customers, they have an excellent chat where technicians and sales people always are available, kind and efficient. They always gave me advice, solutions, tips. The longer I had to wait for was 6 hours because I have the tendency to be a night worker so I generally ask my questions where the office is closed ;) I really don't regret having left my previous host for them.
