Changing NS Record was worst experience ever

I like Big Rock. In 2020 I bought a 3 year hosting plan which was amazing. This time around I bought a plan but wasn't really into it just few minutes after I bought so I requested a refund and the refund page had issues so I messaged support and she was supper helpful. My problem is the refund time 7 to 15 business days is too much out of that I like Big Rock.

During renewal, i have to pay lot of price as compared to buy the new one. So i think this is not fair. Also if i'm your regular customer then company should offer me some discounts or offers to retain me for longer time.
